Watched 'Jason Bourne', had free dinner, free movie, free popcorn and drinks! So happy but they provided sweet popcorn so I went to buy my salted popcorn instead. No one to snatch with me, I can enjoy it myself :) The movie is nice with lots of action-packed scenes. I like the car chasing scene, damn exciting.

Had tanyoto steamboat with yx, the tomyam soup is good. I tried tomyam first and couldn't really taste the tomato soup afterwards. I love tomyam! The chicken, fish and crab are fresh and tender. Pork and beef slices are thin so it cooks easily. They have an apron for you to wear so your clothes won't get dirty. I'd recommend this to anyone who likes steamboat, eat until very full. Watched 'train to busan', this is a MUST WATCH, totally my kind of movie. This is beyond exciting, it's thrilling, makes me tense and nervous most of the time. I can feel my heart beating very fast as though I'm experiencing it myself. It's not gruesome and definitely not a horror movie. I don't like the ending though, actually all it takes is just one selfish person to ruin the whole thing. One of the rare occasions where I cried, I always cry when it's related to family or animals. Although I've watched 6 seasons of walking dead, I still can't get used to people dying because of infection/getting bitten by the zombies. I just feel that it's very sad and 可惜，especially when they could have survived but sad endings make people remember. I really like this movie, it's brilliant and fantastic.

Pokemon go has launched today and everywhere I go, all I hear is this. I downloaded it too but haven't started yet, don't want to get too addicted to it. Heard a lot of girls want pikachu but all I want is charmander, it's the first pokemon episode I watched. Hopefully I won't be too obsessed with this game.

Going to myanmar and bkk next year, I can finally go bkk! Jetstar suddenly change our myanmar return flight to a later timing, confirm need to take leave the next day :(

Looking forward to see my favourite guy in sept! Can't wait! I hope he will sing new songs like 一点点 or 告白气球, I think a lot of his fans like 告白气球。Better still if he can sing 不该 with amei, that will be the best. 不该 is quite difficult to sing even for the guy's part. That will be the highlight of his concert if he really managed to get amei to come but he always don't have special guest for his singapore concert.

收不到你送的纪念品，所以我叫别人买给我来弥补心里的遗憾，但毕竟不是你送的。其实我并不是很喜欢星期天出门。你不在也好，我就不用听到会让我难过的话，不会一直要你送我回家。你觉得谁重要就去在乎谁，反正这跟我没有关系。不想勉强你也不想勉强我自己。

Yu Cun Claypot Curry Fish Head

Had dinner at yu cun claypot curry fish head at taiseng for carrie's birthday. Ordered claypot curry fish head, spinach, radish omelette, shrimp paste chicken and pork ribs with salted egg. Each of us only had to pay $15, cheaper than nat's $300 zichar, not sure why hers was so expensive. The food is nice, we finished our dinner at 8 and sat there chatting for 2 hours. There was some music playing at the background but they changed it to happy birthday song while I brought the cake out. They even brought out a banner with the shop's name and the words 生日快乐 on it. They helped us take a video too. Surprise well-planned :) The cake from chocolate origin is better than awfully chocolate, at least I didn't get sick of it so fast. They keep playing jj's songs, seems like they like his songs very much.

Conjuring 2

Watched Conjuring 2 and it's not that scary as conjuring 1. Nonetheless, I still got frightened by the loud sound effects. Can't be helped, I'm a very timid person. I've no idea why I keep watching horror movies even when I'm so timid. Got to eat my salted popcorn, so happy :) I still think that thai horror movies are nicer, at least it's not just to scare you, there's always a storyline and a twist at the end. For thai horror, most of the time there's a reason why they are being haunted by a spirit/ghost. For angmoh horror, sometimes I don't even know why there's this spirit/demon there, like it just appeared out of nowhere. I admit that angmoh horror are just there to scare you but not thai ones. Thai ones are worth watching. 听了不想听的话，当时的我慌了，非常不自在，很想逃出店外。每次希望你送我回家而你却没这么做的时候，我总是非常非常失落 :( 我一点都不体贴一点都不善解人意，我很霸道很任性，就是要你送。我想以后也没机会送了吧，也不能一起出国了，也见不到狗狗了。想跟你一起去台湾的心愿好像很难实现。随口说的话，我却信以为真。我经常留意你是否有用我送的礼物，你却从来都没用过。因为我不重要，所以我送的礼物也不重要也可以不用在乎我的感受。所有跟我有关的事都不重要，那就把要送我的东西留给比我重要的人吧。

Mahjong, Guan Hoe Soon - Peranakan

Played mahjong at yl's house, lost $6 in total. Yl's boyfriend and jy won, her boyfriend is too pro. Went yishun to eat prata but our main purpose is to go holy cow creamery because yl wants to go. Tried their double scoop ice-cream charcoal waffle with mao shan wang and earl grey lavender (maybe? can't remember). For durian lovers, you have to try it. Even someone like me, who seldom eat durians nowadays, like it. I'm sure durian lovers will love it too. I do eat durians but feel that it is too heaty so I tend to avoid eating it too often. My dinner is only $2 since yl treated us to waffles haha. It feels great to be chauffeured back most of the time.

Meetup with ei8ht for peranakan food at guan hoe soon after finding good reviews online but we were disappointed. It doesn't really taste like peranakan food, tastes like chinese food I feel. The waiter kept asking us to order large portion when we insisted on medium. I thought we were going to sing birthday song at the restaurant so I brought the cake there. Ended up bringing the cake with me everywhere we go. Wanted to go awfully chocolate after that but my cake is from awfully chocolate. It will be quite stupid cause it defeats the purpose of me buying it in advance.

Changed the venue to churros factory and I remember that churro101 has a tagline 'better than a boyfriend'. Well, I can't say my boyfriend is still better because I don't have one. I like churros but I think that having a boyfriend is still better. Went around borrowing lighter from other shops cause churros factory doesn't have it. Managed to surprise jy, although I have no idea why she didn't see me carrying the cake around. The box is so big, even evil twin sees it. Bought chocolate rum and cherry flavour, it's nice but a little sweet for me. Purposely sent nat home cause we want to see her 'mysterious' house, the house where nobody has ever gone to despite so many years of friendship, but we still didn't manage to see it. Never mind, next time then.

Marvel 'Captain America Civil War'

Bought a new spectacle, like finally. Bought it at owndays, chose the desired frame I want, took eye examination and 20 minutes later my spectacle is ready. This is subject to availability, sometimes if they don't have stock, you may have to wait for a week or so. Chose a blue frame although it looks like black. Only 3 people noticed the change so far, you have to be really observant to notice it. I've used up my sheet masks bought from tw, I want to go back and buy more. Tw's masks are more moisturised and thinner.

Meetup with DBA01 at badoque upper thomson, was really happy when they arranged to meet there cause I have direct bus from my house. Had blue oyster, garlic chilli chuka (octopus) and kepak bing bing (spicy chicken wings) for starters. The chicken wings are insanely spicy, not that I tried, not after I saw their reaction after taking just one bite. There's a lot of chilli padi, even if you scrape it off, the flavour is still there. Shared flounder fish and chippies with boonie cause the portion is too big for us. Badoque mojito (lime and mint) is nice although it's a little sour but I like citrus taste. The fish is tender but I don't think the food is nice, sorry no offence, just my personal opinion. Failed birthday surprise cause bib kept waving the birthday cake in front of us and got nagged at by ji. The cake is too sweet for my liking.

Movie night with colleagues, watched Marvel's 'Captain America Civil War'. Although I love blue but sorry I am #teamironman. I wouldn't have watched it if it wasn't for ironman and it's free, so why not? I was actually contemplating whether to watch this movie so imagine how excited I was when I knew that my company is going to sponsor us haha. The movie is nice, always watch till the end for marvel movies, they always have something at the end. Full of action, never a dull moment, that's why I prefer marvel to dc. I can't imagine anyone falling asleep but someone did. Such a waste to miss some parts of the show. Antman and spiderman joined in the fight too, I watched antman's movie so I knew who he was. There's a new character I've never seen before. I still think that avengers is nicer cause they introduced new characters with powers I've never seen before but I knew what the new characters are capable of in this movie. They aren't exactly new anyway, there goes the element of surprise. Marvel's action film never fails, as always.

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice

Attended my cousin's wedding banquet at gim tim imperial court restaurant last sunday. We took many pictures using the props at the photo booth. The bride and her mum looks so pretty that night, the bride looks like a disney princess. My impression of brides are their makeup are too thick which I don't like but my cousin's makeup was all right, at least it looked nice on her. The food is all right but not as good as I expected it to be.

Went to visit teo heng's new outlet at causeway yesterday with all the professional singers. Yeong as usual sang his oldies, he even know how to sing cantonese and hokkien songs. 佩服。Ji livens the atmosphere with his fast songs, mel can hit all the high notes, jeff is the best among us. I like that I don't have to say a thing, they just automatically selected jay's songs for me. Went to have mango bingsu for dessert at kokomama, bingsu is really popular nowadays. It usually consists of ice shavings, condensed milk, korean rice cake, ice cream and fruits. Went to wang cafe and sat down for a while waiting for time to pass and headed over to kith cafe. Ordered truffle fries, calamari, smoked duck pizza, smoked salmon pizza and kung pao chicken pizza.

Walked over to the cathay for our movie, if you asked me why do I always choose this place to watch movie, it's because of them. It has become a habit for me to watch movies there since we always do that on wednesdays when we ended school early during our poly days. Watched 'Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice', I'm neither a fan of both of them. I'm a fan of ironman. This movie wasn't that good as compared to 'The Dark Knight'. I almost fell asleep during the front part but I forced myself to stay awake. It started getting more exciting towards the end with more action. I feel that there isn't a need to watch this movie, 'The Dark Knight' is way better.

Currently using the app hy introduced, sing by smule. This app needs iOS8 or later, I had to update my iOS in order to use it. You can sing a duet with someone else or find those songs which you can do a solo cover. My vocals are not as good as hy but I tried my best, she's really damn good. You can delete the recording if you find it not as good and record it again until you are satisfied with the results. It is recommended to use earpiece mic for better quality. Morganfield's

Dinner at morganfield's, silly me didn't see the signboard of bistro 1855 and went in. Sat there happily waiting for them until yl came and asked me if we are at the right place. Went to check the name on the reservations list and realised that it's not jy. The thing is the staff directed me in when I asked and all this while I didn't know that I'm in the wrong place. Morganfield's was just beside and I thought it was all connected. Sometimes I really think I never put my eyes to good use, really don't know what am I looking at.

Ordered some appetizers to eat while waiting for the rest. Chilli cheese fries is nice but not the popcorn pork. Didn't drink any beer cause I don't like beer. Had sharing platters where we get to choose 3 stickybones flavour, garlic bbq, honey rum and probably spicy asian? Can't remember the last one. Their ribs are really tender, not too tough to cut or chew, I like. We are still a little hungry so we ordered appetizers again. We love the loaded chilli nachos, the spicy chicken wings wasn't too nice I feel.

Ordered a cake/brownie for nat's birthday, the staff just randomly put the cake in front of her while she was talking on the phone. Nice timing and she ended her call so abruptly haha. Reached home at 11 plus, so tired. It's my first time taking downtown line home, luckily we didn't take circle line if not we will go one big round.

I have quite a number of leave this year but not really going anywhere. Well, my plans of going anywhere failed, they either get postponed or cancelled. Currently there's only the plan of going bali but then again if this gets cancelled, I really won't be going anywhere this year. What's the point of having so much leave when I'm not going anywhere? Envious of my friends going for holidays, I want to go too. Sad :(
