Korean bbq at novena with ei8ht & jackie, invited 2 rare guests. I love kimchi~ Lazy me let the others served me, I'm only responsible for eating. They are so nice to help me get rice but nobody wants to share with me so I ate it all up. Purposely don't eat so full for lunch so I can eat more during dinner.
Reached earlier to buy movie tickets and roamed around looking for christmas gifts' ideas. Dinner at ambush, their sausage plate & marinera paella wasn't too bad. You can choose the type of sausage & starch you want. We chose cheese knackers & rosti, cost less than $20. Might be going to taiwan with yx after I've saved enough, she can bring me to Mr J restaurant & 士林夜市 for my favourite 超大鸡排！Persuaded her to eat salted popcorn, she insisted on treating me cause she doesn't want me to treat her for movies. The movie's nice, but since I've read the book I knew what's going to happen, it may be more exciting for those who don't know the story beforehand. Maybe because the idea of the hunger games is no longer new and since part 2 is also about the game but with different scenes different people different actions, it won't seem that nice compared to the 1st. At least it wasn't boring although I still prefer the book. Whenever I come home late, it means supper for my brother.

Spent the day with min & bel at botanic garden for picnic, luckily the rain stopped when we reached there. Dark clouds with not much sun but didn't rain, spent a relaxing afternoon chatting and watching people around us. There's this cute little boy who wanted to play with the angmoh kids' ball and the angmoh kids were willing to share. They lent it to him and even played with him, the ball was bigger than him and it's so cute to watch him play with it haha. Gave bel her belated birthday present. After that we went bugis for some shopping, wanted to buy some stuff for my brother but he doesn't need it anymore.
I've been wanting to try food for thought for quite some time so min drove us back to the branch at botanic garden. The place was near the main entrance carpark but the GPS led us towards the mrt station which is at the opposite end. It took us 20 minutes to walk from one end to the other, so basically we have covered the whole botanic garden in a way. It's quite dark at some places and I kept leading them onto the side path instead of the main path. Nobody except us were using the side path so it's a bit scary. But I was just following the signs, well at least we reached there in one piece haha. Satisfied my cravings and I'm contented :) Food was all right, not really picky with food, as long as you give me food to eat, I'll be very happy. They always say that I looked very happy and seemed like I'm enjoying my food haha. Appreciate min for driving us to our locations today and sending us home since we live quite near to one another also. 如果你送我回家，我一定会超开心的。

Caught the horror film insidious: chapter 2 just now. I like how they linked the story, so it's not just a pay money to scare yourself kind of movie. Good story line good plot, although I'd recommend you to watch chapter 1 first. Either I'm too engrossed in the movie or a frightening woman in a particular scene scared me so much that I forgot to eat my salted popcorn, totally wasted. I've always had a question: why do they always use females as the main character in horror films? Are females supposed to be more scary? Does it have a greater impact? The main character in this film isn't a female although I've to admit, I find a particular woman in this movie quite frightening, got scared a few times when she appeared. I'm getting more and more timid. Still prefer the seats in cathay than shaw's, it's more comfy, shaw's one is too hard. Saw the huge mockingjay statue outside the cathay, I want to watch the hunger games: catching fire.
Saw a dead cockroach lying on its back in the lift, even though it's dead but that doesn't stop me from being scared. As long as I see one, I'll be very scared, doesn't matter if it's dead or alive. 胆小鬼，就是怕啊没办法 :(
Won a pair of free movie tickets to "Rhythm of the rain" premiere directed by vincent fang (Jay's lyricist). I wasn't too interested in the movie but since it's free, why waste it? Last minute asked yx to accompany me, luckily she's free. First time stepping into jcube, basically I've no reason to be there cause it's far from my house and my friends wouldn't meet me there either. Dinner at kungfu paradise, walked around and watched people skating at the ice rink. Don't ever ask me to go cause I can't balance, don't want to have anymore injuries. Received "goodie bag" with made-in-taiwan 凤梨酥, movie poster, sweets and magazines. The movie was all right, not much surprises, story line's normal, don't really have high expectations for it. I like the theme song, composed by my favourite guy haha.
Went for a play "Unseen" to show support for boonie's friends, it's about poverty, the "hidden poor". There's also an exhibition with pictures showing the social workers paying a visit to their house, their living room is also their bedroom due to lack of space. Sometimes we might see homeless people lying on streets/void decks or people begging for money but what we don't see is how they struggled to keep themselves alive. Maybe they deserve a chance to be treated equally like us instead of being judged. We don't know their stories, we don't even know them so who are we to judge? The play was great and meaningful, made me more aware of how they felt, what they really wanted and how much they needed our help.
Singing at teoheng just now, can never get enough of singing but I've run out of songs. 看到你让我觉得很开心。First time going to star vista but didn't walk around, just went for dinner at mfm, realized that I seldom, or should I say never, eat fish when I'm out with my friends nowadays.

Friday night chilling at timbre with mel, boonie & hoonie, haven't been there for quite some time. I love their half-half pizzas with the thin crust meaning we can have 2 different flavours in a pizza. Ordered 2 of them - 1 with pepperoni & smoked salmon, the other was seafood & meat lover, had their buffalo wings and vodka too. Drank 2 cups of vodka mixed - citron & lime, citron & orange. As you can tell, from my choice of drink, that I like citrus flavour. I've no idea what's my tolerance level for alcohol since I seldom drink. I tend to avoid drinking if I can help it. Ambience is good, their food is still as nice as ever, the live band is great and the service crew is friendly too. Queue is always long and I think they don't allow reservations on fri-sun, but it's worth the wait. One of my favourite places, love the pizzas there, it's a must-have! If you order 1 drink during happy hour (they have promotion for their drinks during happy hour), total bill per person is about $20+, without drinks is just $10+ near to $20. Of course it also depends on how much you order and how many people are there in your group to split the cost.
I was walking home when I saw a huge dog coming towards me, wanted to walk past it when it suddenly stopped in its tracks. I turned to the left and noticed that there's 2 more huge dogs standing behind me. It totally gave me a shock since I haven't seen such huge dogs around my area anymore, there used to be a few when there are fewer people living around here. I thought they were going to bite me or what but luckily they steered clear of my path.
Currently been reading on the hunger games novels, finally managed to borrow all 3 books from the library. Wanted to borrow the mortal instruments: city of bones but it's too popular, every single book is on loan. Guess I'll just have to wait. I've just finished reading book 1 of the hunger games, story line isn't so bad but since I haven't finished reading all, I can't comment too much on it either. Wait till I finished the book, currently I'd recommend it to people who wants to read it.
